Cancellation Policies
You can cancel free of charge until 72 hours before the activity starts. After that time, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be made.
Anyone who either forgets to cancel or show up for the ride is a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” ride.
The number of passengers allowed in the vehicle shall not exceed the vehicle passenger capacity stated on the outside of each vehicle. Standees are not allowed.
Responsibility Policies
Coral Mar Express, BlueJay Travel, and its affiliates are independent of suppliers; we have no direct control over them, we act only as agents for the passenger in making arrangements for sightseeing or any other services and do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, partial cancellations or delay to person or property due to an act of negligence of, or default of any supplier or person rendering any of the services included in the tour.
The purchaser with this waives any claim against Coral Mar Resort, Coral Mar Express, BlueJay Travel and its affiliates related to the service purchased.
