We thank you immensely for your excellent service however your directions to find you at the CANCUN AIRPORT WERE NOT GOOD. Your instructions were to find you at the WELCOME BAR, however this is hard to find and more detail would have been more helpful. It was mass confusion when embarking and with 4 airplanes landing at the same time, the number of passengers was enormous. The crowd was directed through the airport like farm animals. With all this confusion we ended up exiting the airport where all the rental taxis are located. We had no idea where the Welcome Bar was located and you told us over the phone to go back through customs which we were not willing to do. It was mass confusion because of the large number of passengers disembarking. I had to make two very expensive international telephone calls to Blue Jay Travel in order to find you. Thankfully we found you and you found us. We ended up at Coral Mar behind schedule but thankfully they received us without a problem. Returning to the airport went very smoothly.
