I’m responding to an email request to write a review of our experience with Bluejay Travel to and from the airport and Coral Mar. It was so nice to be able to book our ride to and from the airport (round trip) well in advance of our trip. The price was very reasonable and the communication was very clear and helpful, so we knew exactly where to go and what to expect. Despite the fact that our plane arrived late in Cancún, our driver was patiently waiting. I was able to text them (with the number provided in the email) to let them know we had arrived late and were waiting for our luggage. They confirmed they were waiting and even sent a picture of the driver and sign they were holding so we knew who to look for. Once we got in the van, we got cold beers, which was a real treat after a long day of travel and a fun way to immediately get our vacation started! After a great week in Cancún, our driver arrived promptly to pick us up and bring us to the airport the morning we were leaving and we arrived on time without issue. I would highly recommend anyone who is staying at Coral Mar use Bluejay Travel for their transportation. We were very glad we did! Thank you, Jessica Block Minnesota United States

All four of us guests from California were extremely pleased with the service of both Coral Mar residence plus the van service. The van drivers were helpful, punctual, friendly great drinks and very clean well maintained vans. The facility of Coral Mar was intimate, safe, pretty grounds, great views, a good café, with excellent service. Our only suggestion is that we missed having a laundry facility on site. This is the first site we have visited that did not have the laundry option. Thank you to Raul, Linda, Barbara, Adi, Renata, our lovely housekeeper and of course “Mr. Osiel”. Your service was great be on words. I would recommend your service to anyone if they travel to Cancún. My family and I want to say thank you for your amazing service. Thank you Flores family from Chicago,USA Wanted to thank Coral Mar Express for an excellent job first our pickup at the airport went very smooth with our Driver waiting outside in the transportation area. Our bags were the very last to be taken off the airplane, so I was a bit concerned that they might not wait, but he was there waiting with a very nice SUV with the air conditioner running. Our return to the airport later that week was just as smooth, Coral Mar Express even sent a reminder text the day before. Both cars were very clean & both drivers were great even helping with our luggage. Next trip to Cancun we will definitely utilize this company.
