1. Reservations and Quotations
- Final Sale: Please note that all reservations are considered a Final Sale. Once a booking is confirmed, it is subject to the strict cancellation policies outlined below.
- Validity: Rates published on this website are valid only at the time of quotation. Rates are guaranteed only once a reservation is considered complete. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Completion: A reservation is considered complete when a confirmation number is issued and the corresponding payment is successfully processed.
- Consent: By completing a booking, you acknowledge and accept our reservation policies, payment terms, and cancellation disclaimers.
- Documentation: Rates are confirmed in USD. Please print your reservation voucher or have it available digitally to present upon arrival.
2. Payment Policies
- All BlueJay Travel LLC services require full prepayment via a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policies
- 72-Hour Rule: Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled service start time.
- Non-Refundable Period: Cancellations, changes, or refund requests made within 72 hours of the service start time are non-refundable and will not be accepted.
- Round-trip Transfers: If you have booked a round-trip transfer, cancellations must be made for the entire service. Partial cancellations (e.g., cancelling only the return leg) are not allowed.
- No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled pickup or fail to cancel within the 72-hour window are considered a "No-Show" and will be charged the full booking amount.
- Vehicle Capacity: The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s legal capacity. Standing is strictly prohibited.
- Flight Information Accuracy: It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to provide accurate airline and flight number details. BlueJay Travel LLC / Coral Mar Express is not responsible for failed pickups resulting from incorrect flight information provided at the time of booking. If the provided flight information is inaccurate and prevents a successful pickup, the reservation will be marked as a "No-Show" and the full booking amount will be forfeited. No refunds or free rescheduling will be provided in these cases.
4. Service Descriptions and Imagery
- Visual Representation: Photographic material on this website is intended to provide a general description of our services. We do not guarantee that the service or vehicle will be identical to the images depicted.
- Accuracy: We continually update service descriptions for accuracy. However, BlueJay Travel LLC and its associates are not accountable for minor variations that may occur upon arrival.
5. Responsibility and Liability
- Independent Status: Coral Mar Express and BlueJay Travel LLC act as independent agents/resellers. We facilitate arrangements for transportation and sightseeing but do not have direct control over third-party suppliers.
- Liability Waiver: We do not assume liability for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay to person or property resulting from negligence or default by any supplier or individual rendering services.
- Agreement: By purchasing a service, the purchaser waives any claim against Coral Mar Resort, Coral Mar Express, BlueJay Travel LLC, and their respective affiliates related to the service purchased.
