Step 1: Welcome & Airport Procedures

• Immigration: Complete the immigration process. Ensure your forms are ready for the agents to review.
• Baggage Claim: Proceed to the carrousels to collect your luggage.
• Customs: Your final indoor stop is clearing Customs.
• Note: Don't worry if the lines seem long! Cancun is a busy airport, but your CoralMarExpress representative will be waiting for you regardless of any delays.

Step 2: Exiting the Terminal

​Once you have cleared Customs, proceed through the glass doors to exit the terminal building.

• Important: Look for signs directing you to the "Tour Operators" and "Hotel Shuttles" areas.
• Pro Tip: Do not stop for solicitors or "timeshare" representatives inside the terminal; continue walking until you are outside in the designated transportation area.

Step 3: Locate Your Representative

​This is the most important step! To ensure a secure and efficient pickup:

• Identify Us: Look for our representative holding a CoralMarExpress or BlueJay Travel sign featuring our official logo.
• Visual Guidance: Please refer to the meeting point photos displayed below.
• Stay Connected: We strongly recommend having a working cell phone to contact us directly. This ensures you are meeting our authorized staff and helps you avoid unauthorized "pirate" taxi scams.

Step 4: Vehicle Loading & Wait Time

Once you check in with our representative, they will request your designated vehicle to enter the authorized passenger pick-up area.

• Why the wait? Airport regulations prohibit vehicles from idling in the pick-up zone.
• Timing: It typically takes 10 to 15 minutes for your vehicle to arrive at the platform once requested. Access is only granted when the guest is physically ready to board.
